MATCH REVIEW vs. MANCHESTER TYRANTS

Due to the importance of the game for both teams facing a relegation battle, it took a slow start with both defensive sides forcing turnovers and much of the first quarter action consisted of strong defence and punting for territory. However, Manchester were first on the board, converting a long drive with a passing touchdown. Converting the extra point put the score to 0-7. MATCH REVIEW vs. LEEDS BECKETT CARNEGIE

After an initial score by Leeds Beckett, the Sabres fought their way into the end zone with Full Back Bob Brownlees’ first rushing touchdown of the season. Another Leeds touchdown brought the score to 16-8 at half time with the sabres offence unable to convert before the break.
